At the Wild Animal Park

The Wild Animal Park illuminates the holiday season this December with our annual Festival of Lights. Festival events begin at 5 p.m. each evening.
We will have new, colorful, custom holiday light features created specifically for the Wild Animal Park. Our ever-popular Snow Hill will be in a new location with an almost 100-foot run! The Snow Hill is open daily, 4–9 p.m.
Holiday craft stations will feature face painting, animal masks, chalk art, make-your-own gift tags and wrapping paper, toasted marshmallows, and more. There will be a Light Magic Show in the Discovery Station Amphitheater, and a Black Light Puppet Show in the Benbough Amphitheater.
See what our animals are up to in the evening on a Journey Into Africa tour. The last tour of each day during Festival of Lights will depart at 8:15 p.m. And look for animal presentations throughout Nairobi Village for your chance to meet some of our exotic critters up close.
The Park's Winter Princess will be on hand to spread some chilly cheer, and Santa will be in Discovery Station December 13–24, 5–9 p.m.
